Cancelation Policy
Our dentist and team understand that unforeseen events can arise, which is why each patient is allowed one emergency cancellation without charge. However, we expect all other times to be as follows:

• Please notify us 24 hours in advance of cancellation for your appointment.
• Cancellations within the 24-hour period will accrue a $25 fee to your account.
• If you accrue three cancellations without any notice whatsoever, you will be delegated to an “on-call” patient where we will no longer hold appointment times for you and will only see you for emergency dental needs.
