Before your treatment, we will provide you with an estimate of your costs. Treatment costs vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will be happy to describe all of your payment options, so that you are able to make an informed choice.
The portion of the payment not covered by insurance is due at the time services are rendered.
If a dental lab is required, or your treatment requires several steps, 50% of the total will be due when the treatment is started and the balance will be due at time of completion.
If your account is sent to collections, for any reason, your are responsible for the amount and for the 35% collection fee.
We will gladly accept checks and all major credit cards: Visa/MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept CareCredit and United Medical Credit.
We understand that unforeseen events can happen that could prevent you from keeping your appointment. That is why each patient is given one emergency cancellation, without charge. Otherwise, our policy is as follows:
